  • Butter?

Hi, I'm on my second week of induction...AGAIN! Lost 42lbs gained most of it back (NOT ALL) and want to know how much butter should I use. I put about 1 tsp to fry my eggs this morning then 2 more tsp on top of egg, I ate the eggs as an ommlette with mushrooms.

You are so right Emma! I did it once before I guess from slacking and trying other things I'm in that newbie stage again. I just love butter especially on steak and green beans. Just needed some input from a pro. Thanks

I love butter and cook almost everything in it. Like Emma, the more fat I eat the more I lose.

Yep, fat is certainly your friend... as long as you eat a varied diet as well. I also find that eating a lot of fat helps my losses/maintenance. Of course if we eat a stick of butter and a pint of cream a day this won't be so.
Just eat varied, enough to satisfy your appetite, with liberal (but judicious) amounts of fat.
