    Hello ,
    Today is my 1st day bakc on and doing great but I need my tea im soo lost without it any ideas on what I can do ?????/

      I'm pretty sure you can have tea during induction, if that is what you are on. Just make sure it falls within your allowance for the day.

          You can have tea, just NO SUGAR,,,splenda is great or the lipton diet teas are made with splenda in different flavors is what I drink .
