  • Finishing Day 14

Tomorrow starts day 15 for me. To move on or not to move on...
I haven't weighed myself in almost a week-so tomorrow's weigh-in may be the decision maker. I lost 2.5 lbs my first 7 days...so I am hoping for another 2.5 for this past week. I am kind of nervous to step on the scale tomorrow! I am so use to weighing myself everyday...it's kind of exciting for so much time to have passed without me getting on that thing!

I do want to share with everyone that I have been feeling unbelievably great lately. I honestly feel less lazy! I don't even mind doing the dishes (which is really huge for me...ask my husband!) I am less tired and in just an overall great mood! I hope this euphoria stays for a long while! Has anyone else felt this starting around day 10 or so?

        Hi,

I'm sure you will have lost at least that much. I'm also trying to stay off the scale until induction is done (next Sunday). I am really hoping to see results, but know I must go on - even if I don't. Congrats on your scale discipline! S-

          Re: Finishing Day 14

Thanks everyone! I weighed myself this morning, and I have lost exactly 5 lbs total during induction. Only 25 lbs more to go! I decided I am going to stay in induction for one more week. I am just feeling too great that I am afraid the feeling will end once I introduce more carbs in my system~ I am just not quite ready to move on...thanks for all of your support!!

            Great losing, Julie
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Good job losing! I am on OWL 1 and it is very similar to Induction. I would make the move into OWL.
