First off I would like to say Hi to everyone, and good job on your accomplishments. Secondly, I began induction on monday and with the keto stick test i checked on tuesday and I was in ketosis. The stick was telling me I was producing a large amount of ketones. So I checked again today right when I woke up and the stick told me I was producing a small amount of ketones. Does it matter what the stick reads, or is it ok as long as I am in ketosis.
My next question is I have not had a problem going to the bathroom. I didn't take any fiber supplement yet but plan on taking benefiber. I know thats a good thing but my main concern is am I doing the diet right if I am going to the bathroom right, or do some people not have bathroom problems either.
