Headaches grrrr
What can we do for these damn headaches I cant take them anymore ????

More water.... it really does help cause sometimes the eadaches may be dehydrations, advil, aleeve. I personally prefer ibuprofen because you can take up to 1600mg of it. I know tat from being prescried 800mg ibuprofen ad having to take 2. If your just starting then its only going to last a cpl of days.
