Restaurants?

Anyone have any ideas for specific restaurant meals that are okay for induction? i.e. applebees, fridays, etc?? or anywhere else?? thanks!

anyplace where you can get grilled meat or fish and salad would be good...most restaurants will accomodate special requests.

steakhouses or seafood places are the best....of course Italian would have few choices...
