I have been looking through recipes and trying to find very easy ones and ran across the rootbeer float. I know that diet rootbeer has acertaine in it (or however you spell that) and we are not suposed to have acertaine. I see a lot of recipes that contain acertaine (anything made with sugar free pudding has acetaine). I would love to have a rootbeer float when I am done with my induction but do the rules change? Why is acertaine all over the place if we aren't suposed to have it?????

Re: Rootbeer Float???
after your 14 days induction you can try drinks that contain aspartame and see if it affects you, warning, it does usually affect about 80% of people.
If you can find diet rite, thats sweetened with splenda so would be okay for induction.HW 303Aug '04 SW-287 LW-232Restart - Apr 07 - SW 266 CW 225
