  • To OWL or not to OWL?

    Hi All!

Managed to lose approx 12lbs in the last two weeks of induction. I'm now just under 16st, with a target weight of 14st 7lb.

Shall I move onto OWL or shall I stay on induction for a while?

By the way, the greatest piece of fitness equipment for losing weight is a dog. I have a two year old lurcher that is not happy is she isn't able to go for a big run every day, so I'm forced to go out and exercise! I actually now jog around the woods, which she seems to find amusing!

Thanks in advance....will post some photos after another two weeks.

    Great work so far Dean!

You show no signs of a high resistance so i would say get on to OWL! its more veggies at first, great stuff!

5 net carbs every other day for your first week, theres a sticky putting that amount into cups for you, let us know how you get on!

        I agree - already losing 12 pounds of a total hoped-for 33 (I think) is excellent work!!

You need to move to OWL now so you have time to experiment with the OWL rungs and find your CCLL before reaching goal.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I would move onto OWL...your losses will continue and you'll have more food choices.
