Well guys I am on day nine and i am down 9lbs, I am a second timer but this time round I am really finding it hard to eat. i feel constantly full and have on one occasion completely forgotten to eat lunch. (I did eat a small snack as soon as I remembered) I know how important it is to eat regularly and I am trying.
Typical day:
Breakfast: fried or scrambled egg and two rashers of bacon
Lunch: salad(Usually herb & spinach) with chicken or fish
Dinner: meat or fish with vegs and small salad garnish usually followed by sugar free jello.
I make the meat as tasty as possible with herbs and spices and sometimes cheese. but my portion sizes are getting very low!!
On the positive side I have bags of energy and I am walking miles
. I am making fresh cakes and dessert for my 6 kids and my partner and don't even feel the slightest bit tempted. I AM IN THE ZONE LOL!!!!
Any advice or words of wisedom greatly appreciated
