This is my first post so please be gentle.
I have a LONG way to go but I started doing lo-carb along with my husband to lose some weight and get healthier.
I am still learning and am sure that I'm not doing as correctly as I am suppose to but we will get there.
Anyway, today is Day 6 of my new way of eating and I am down 10 whole pounds. Now I know that I have alot more to go and in the grand scheme of things this is not a whole lot BUT I thought I would post it 1) to introduce myself to the board and 2) to mark a little milestone in my journey.
Thanks for reading and if anyone can point me towards information on low carb and diabetes that would be great. I have noticed that my mornings numbers are higher while my day time numbers are lower. Go figure.
