    Good day at the grocery store



    Found the 1 carb ketchup, the south beach steak sauce, and
    an off brand picante that is 1 carb for 2 Tbs (no added sugar).

    What can I say.. I'm saucy!



    Still hunting no carb teriyaki marinade I used before however.

      I can never find low carb ketchup - it's like the holy grail to me! I really miss it!

          I love low carb ketchup...I use a little on my meatloaf. I can't find it in stores so I order it online.
