Today is Day 6. I have felt fantastic but today I made chili for the family to enjoy during the major playoff football games this afternoon. I LOVE homemade chili. I did however notice the 20 g of sugar per soup tin--wow! But, I have the head knowledge but the battle is in the will. I am sure there are those out there that find football Sundays hard to get around. I am truly not hungry but that big old slow cooker is working away and it truly smells scrumptious. A little encouragement would be appreciated....

Definitely make your own. You'll know exactly what you put in it.

Re: Football Playoffs Chili Feast
I checked out Linda's chili--looks good but is it ok for induction?? Her other recipes look yummy too. I also solved the urge by heating up a chicken breast and eating it with mustard. Now my tummy feels very full and content.
Thanks for the notes, guys!sigpic

Re: Football Playoffs Chili Feast
Sorry! Didn't think to look about re: induction. She doesn't have an asterick next to it, so no its not for induction, but I really don't see anything thats illegal probably just the amount of tomato/higher carb veggie products in it....She's showing 9 net gms/carb per serving.
Glad the chicken breast has solved your problem though!Julia 43F
