    I've looked in the book but cant find it

    can we have it on induction as i have some lazy garlic which is fresh garlic preserved in wihite wine vinegar

    Balsamic vinegar is the only no-no vinegar I've read about.

      White wine vinegar and other vinegars are okay to use during Induction. Be sure to count the carbs. The only vinegar you are to avoid is balsamic vinegar due to the added sugars (and fruit juice) in the commercial brands (if you're lucky enough to spend $50-100 on the real stuff from Italy, there is no added sugars!)
