    swiss miss help

    Can I have diet swiss miss on induction? I am so wanting something sweet? Is this okay. I have the diet? PLease answer

      Sorry, you need to wait until Rung 2 for that. I have that occasionally, and it definitely has ingredients that aren't legal for Induction.

      Have you tried looking in the recipe forum for something legal?

        As Mitzi implied in her response, you need to check the ingredients list of any processed food/drinks to find out whether it contains only ingredients that are listed on the allowed list of induction foods.
