I know a lot of the initial weight that is lost is water. I was just wondering at point do you stop losing water weight? # weeks? X # of pounds? Just trying to figure out when exactly you lose weight and people stop saying "it's water weight loss."

Well, everybody is different, but I remember something mentioned in the book about water weight.. I could be mistaken here, but I think the first week is pretty much water weight. After that fat starts to come out rapidly.Start Date: 11/13/2007

I think there's bit of a ratio of fat to water the first week. I don't think it's ALL water. Everyone IS different, but I personally get done with the water works after the 1st week.Start Date: 1/12/08 - 243.5
