Sounds like you are going thru withdrawl aka "Induction Flu" of bad carbs...I am not a doctor, but Tylenol or Motrin worked for me. Tough it out because in like 3-5 more days you will feel GREAT
You must have eaten a LOT Of carbs normally before ATKINS or been addicted to caffiene. This IS VERY NORMAL. Most people get these symptems when they just stop something the8ir body wants cold turkey. Kinda like quitting drugs.
Water, water, water and then more water.. It is helpful.. For me, my whole first 5 days were horrible, but by the 6th day started to feel better, and by the 2nd week everything got back to normal and was feeling actually great.
As for the mouth odor.. this is normal as well.. mouth spray.. just keep it with you all the time. Make sure to get one with no alcohol.

I feel y'all. Yesterday (day 4) I got the worst all-day headache I have ever had! Today I woke up and it's still around-- I drank so much water to combat it that I felt sick and sloshy, and took tylenol. I couldn't make myself go to the gym either.
But reading your posts makes me think it'll pass soon-- any tips on how to combat this?
Im on around day 10 and my headache just started last night. Still have it this morning. But I'm not so bothered by it, cuz i know it just means that this whole diet is working lol. Means Im not eating too many carbs or sugar!
if you were used to eating a lot of junk, sugar, starches, or caffiene.... this is VERY normal on induction DRINK a lot of water as dehydration even mildly can cause headaches also
