I like chewing gum when bored and whatnot, but i stopped because i usually chew orbit, but it has 1 carb per piece and it has the bad artificial sweetner. here is my question, i found gum on a low carb store on line that is sweetened with xylitol, it was advertised as 0 net carbs but it actually has 1.6 carbs and sugar alcohols 1.6 grams. but i thought i read somewhere that xylitol is ok? any truth to that? i purchased a good amount of it, but if it could cause a stall i don't want to chew it. thanks for any advice you can give.
