    I want add in to the mix except to say that it can be done! And 13 pounds is nothing to sneeze at. Weight loss isn't predictable and sometimes our bodies just hold on to the weight and other weeks you'll be shocked when you get on the scale. This is the time to get in some exercise by walking or dancing or just moving around. You'll burn calories and in combination with following the low carb way, you will tone and lose inches. Drink water ... I know you are a Pepsi addict, but set a limit on the Diet Colas with Splenda and balance it out with some water. I used to drink two bottles of two-liter Diet Cokes a day. Now, I drink water. You may get frustrated, but you are making a better choice to eat healthily and avoid problems in the future!

      Thanks so much everyone, I really really appreciate you taking your time to give me some encouragement! It does seem to be getting easier, I weigh in Thursday, so hopefull *crossing my fingers* I will have lost some weight this week. I'm limiting myself to 3 of the 12 oz. cans of diet pepsi a day, I know that's not the best, but it's better than what I was drinking, probably 7 or 8. I bought bottled water at the store, and even some little ice trays for bottled water, they slide right in the top, I thought that was neat. I'll keep you posted, and again, thanks so much.
