I've been really sick and had to go searching for cough drops. I found Sugar Free Ricola~Green Tea with Echinacea. I HATE, HATE, HATE cough drops but these were actually good and helped
They had Sugar free Lemon too. Hope that helps.

thanks, i'll definately have to find something my throat is killing me, i'll just have to use very sparingly. i don't want that to slow my progress too much.Comment
