I was on here ages ago at 196lbs and was attempting to get down to 147. Well i'll be honest, I took more drastic action, went on a meal replacement diet, which I have to give credit to made me lose weight FAST, I am currently 159lbs, so lost just short of 40lbs in 7 weeks
Now as much as that was great it isn't realistic to continue that forever so having had a few months break from dieting I have decided to adapt Atkins as my new WOL to help me get to 133lbs (yep, I lowered my target, guess us gals are never happy! lol!) and to continue to maintain it. So I have like 26lbs to lose! Wish me luck guys.
P.S- All of your before and after pics are AMAZING-well done xxx
