So for the past week now, I've had an icky, sucking-on-nickels flavor in my mouth -- a telltale sign of ketosis that I was told to expect -- and I'm grateful because that means what I'm doing is working... but is there anything I can do to alleviate the nasty breath that accompanies it (besides going to the bathroom every half hour to use mouthwash)? I'm told sugarless breath mints and gum are out...

Try chewing a sprig of parsley. The chlorophyll works for some people to alleviate any odor in the breath and I can't imagine it being Induction-unfriendly.Tim

Well hello there, Quickdraw!

Thanks for the tip. That has occurred to me, but I'm also looking for solutions I can use when I go out... you know, on one of those rare occasions when I get to leave the house...~HellOnWheels~
