This morning I had a trace of Ketones on my lil strip..
so I weighed myself just to see if I had lost any weight and I was down 3 pounds! in 2 days! keep in mind I was just starting my 3rd day when I weighed myself.. anyway I think I am starting to have sugar withdrawels.. I can smell it in everything! I feel a lil cranky and sluggish
but hopefully this will pass soon. Anyway just thought I'd share my progress with you guys.. I am dying for some coffee! I think I'm gonna go get me som decaf..

I guess she was saving them for her lil one.. haha but anyway I did pretty good with staying away from the cake and stuff.. so we'll see how it all goes..
