    This morning I had a trace of Ketones on my lil strip.. so I weighed myself just to see if I had lost any weight and I was down 3 pounds! in 2 days! keep in mind I was just starting my 3rd day when I weighed myself.. anyway I think I am starting to have sugar withdrawels.. I can smell it in everything! I feel a lil cranky and sluggish but hopefully this will pass soon. Anyway just thought I'd share my progress with you guys.. I am dying for some coffee! I think I'm gonna go get me som decaf..

    The cravings are really tough at first but once you get past it, you will realize how much better it is! Keep up the good work!

      What a great start

      Try to stay off the scales till you have completed your 14th day - we dont want you posting all upset because one day you see the scales go up a pound or two and make you doubt your choice of 'diet'
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
      Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

        They are tough.. today I went to a lil party my sister had and she had so much yummy food out but it was italian food and the majority of the stuff were carbs! she did have some plain meatballs without all the sauce there so I had those and a salad.. I had to fight her for the meatballs I guess she was saving them for her lil one.. haha but anyway I did pretty good with staying away from the cake and stuff.. so we'll see how it all goes..

          I'll take your advice the last thing I need is to feel like this isn't working.. I can feel in my body that it is.. today was day 4 and I felt better less cranky and well it was a good day

              The craavings will disappear. Those first few days are tough, but you did very well. It will get easier.

                Yes I'm getting lots of water in.. 2 liters a day is what I'm drinking right now..
