Turn your midlife crisis to your own advantage by making it a time for renewal of your body and mind, rather than stand by helplessly and watch them decline.~~Jane E. Brody

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies? Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Seems to be going well so far.
Shows on the scales that 10lbs have gone in just a week, I know ye always lose a lot on the first couple of weeks.
Drinking lots of water and seem to be eating a lot of stir-fry's which is great.,
Turkey, broccoli, sometiomes some other veg, lots of chili and garlic. Seems to be working.
My downfall is always no exercise, can anyone some exercise to get me started? I'd rather do it in the hse. Something not too strenuous to get me started.
Hi! I'm a semi closet exerciser. I have a gym pass and used to be there for 1-2 hours 7 days a week (maaaaaany years ago) but I find now that I'm not a big fan of other people seeing me sweat, lol.
I have a dog and I use that as an excuse. I walk him for 30 min in the morning and an hour in the evenings. You might want to try using pets as an excuse to exercise as well, its healthy and stimulating for both of you!
I also have a yoga mat in my living room. I'm a big movie watcher (aka I'm fantastically lazy) and if you just get down and do maybe 20 situps during the commercials, by the end of a few shows you can easily have 100-200 situps in for the day!
