    Hi All

I dont make excuses as I dont like dwelling on the past...but im back on induction 2days in.....had abad case of sinisitis and an ear infection so I wasnt a happy bunny, I had initially lost 5 pounds and ironically I have kept the 5 pounds off but have drunk soups and had some comfort foods, but I am focused and on track

    Re: Back to induction

    Hi there!
I too have restarted induction, although I'm pretty sure I'm ready for OWL, I just want to give it one last try before I head on over to the next step. Keep to it, induction really works! Good luck!!
