  • Day 8

    Today is my 8th day on my Induction phase and I am losing a pound a day!
    I love Atkins! how come I didn't do this any sooner? I am so tired of hearing that its not healthy it a bunch of crap I eat much healthier than I ever did lots of greens, protein and cheese ..those same people critisizing what I'm doing are those eating piles of carbs and a bunch of soda loaded with sugar.. lol and the funny thing is some are diabetic so I dont understand how this is unhealthy? anyway I just wanted to share my progress,

    Congrats on that weight loss. That's a great first week! Good luck and keep going. Post as often as you need to.

      Great job ladybug it IS healthy, and once you get to OWL, you'll be adding even more veggies





      290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

          Does the weightloss slow down when you get to owl?

            Way to go LadyBugz! They saying going over to OWL actually helps encourage your weight loss especially is you have stalled while in extended induction. Please it means more food

              Hasn't for me. Well, nothing compares to the first t wo weeks cause you're also losing water weight. But I've averaged 2 pounds a week since....and I'm never hungry!! Can't say that about any other "diet" I've been on.

                  Keep up the good work
                  Make sure you take measurements too for those weeks when the scales decide to go on strike!!
