TIme to start....

I joined the board about 1 month ago, give or take a few days. Due to a death in the family I did induction for about 2-3 days before having to deal with everything. So....tomorrow when I am back home I am starting again. I did not gain the 2 lbs back that I had lost, so that is some good news to start with.

I look forward to this challenge. When I think about it, bathing suit season is getting closer and closer.

Welcome back. I am sorry to hear of your loss but happy that you are making a decision for better health. This board will help you in more ways than you can imagine. Ask any questions you need and read the book from cover to cover and you can't help but succeed.
