Stir fry green beans are usually what I get. Gotta be careful though, as most of their food has sugar.

alot of chinese places offer steamed dishes - i usually get steamed chicken and vegetables or steamed shrimp with vegetables. that way i don't have to worry about any sugar-y sauces.

Every place is different but, other then steamed dishes that I usually have to have them make especially for me, the only generally safe dish I've found is Egg Foo Yung...and even that I have to get it with no sauce. Generally not worth going to a Chinese place so I don't often bother.

there is plenty of chinese food we can eat DURING induction. just get it steamed and not breaded. if it comes with sauces get them on the side so its not drowning the food.

I prefer the steamed lemon chicken and i will use some of the sauce but very very little. just enough for a light flavor but I prefer just mixing a packet of splenda with a few slices of lemon squeezed out. i will then pour that mixture over my chicken and broccolli.

If your at home you can do a stir fry, and add the following to your dish.
              5 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
              1/4 teaspoon pepper
              1/4 cup green onion, chopped
              1 tablespoon garlic, minced
              1 tablespoon sesame oil
              5 tablespoons water

This is from the recipe off of Linda's web site, http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/seoul_chicken.html

The sauce or marinade has a sweet flavor that reminds me of chinese sauces that they use.
