Hi Everyone, Im getting ready to start induction on monday. Will be shopping and cleaning out the cupboards this weekend.
I have a goal of wanting to loose 15lbs by 3/21. That gives me 5 weeks. Im not sure how realistic that is and wanted to hear from others that are on induction how much they have lost in the first 14 days.
I realize that everyone is different and the amount of total weight you need to loose also plays a part in what you end up loosing during induction. The goal is to loose 35 lbs maybe a little more if possible.

LET ME OUT!!!!

The first time I did induction I lost 16 pounds, but had significantly more weight to lose than you do. This time, starting induction again - I just finished my first week and lost 7 lbs.
