    i am starting over. i have not been "cheating" buy i have not been doing this entirely right the past week or 2. i have not been eating breakfast, not always eating the required veggies, etc

    i have lost 6 lbs, and i look forward to more results
    Re re starting this time for good with the support of my husband. He is doing this with me.
