I've restarted Atkins and I'm confused about what is considered a "good" Ketosis reading.
I thought I had to have a "Large" reading to lose weight. However, I read here that many only show "Trace" readings and lose successfully. I also read that not drinking enough water (guilty as charged!) contributes to "Large" results. Ketosis reading have become a near obsession. PLEASE clear this up for me. I've been reading between moderate and Large (40-160), but have only lost 2 lbs in the last week.
I now realize that Equal sweetner is the likely culprit behind my stall (I put as many a 6 packs in my Venti black coffee), other than that I have actully been very good about keeping my carbs to the 20 grams. I'm switching to Splenda, but would appreciate your input on Ketosis.
