Okay so I'm not constipated but I'm the complete opposite. My first bm was on day three of induction and there is no nice way to put this but it was like I was peeing. Since then I have had two very small bm's and I am on day 6. Is this normal?

Re: Stool question ~Warning TMI~
In my experience, no that is not normal. That's not to say there's anything wrong with you, it's just that most people have the opposite experience.

Re: Stool question ~Warning TMI~
See if it keeps up as you continue. I have (self-diagnosed) IBS and find that, even on Atkins where no one else seems to be able to go, I have diahheria. Yeah, TMI, I know. But maybe it helps!Start: 162.0 | Current: 161.0 | Goal: 120 | Age/Height: 25/4'9" | RESTART DATE: 09-01-2008 | PHASE: Induction
