Been gone for a few months should I re-do induction

I just looked at my last log in date and it was the day before my DD birthday. From then on the holidays got the best of me but here I am. I'm proud to say that my weight remained stable, may a pound or two gained I haven't weighed in about a week, but I've been off the program. Worse, I didn't follow through with the rungs. I'm 8-10 pounds away from MY ideal goal so my question is should I induct again or start back at rung 3 where I was?

    thanks for the help.

You need to get back into ketosis. You can either do a few days, get back in, then pick up where you left off. Or you can do the 14 days, and pick up where you left off.

Thank you for the reply. I was thinking of doing your first suggestion. Ok, back on the wagon, AGAIN!!!

Welcome back on the Atkins trail
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
