    Measurements

    Can someone point me in the right direction so that I can properly take my measurements? I'm going to have to do it myself since it's just me, and my 7 and 6 year old in the house. Any help is greatly appreciated!
    Age: 30
    Height: 5'0"
    CW - 143

    Mini 1 - 147 - Met - 3/8/08! (after a successful weigh? No Way! challege!)
    Mini 2 - 137
    Mini 3 - 127
    Mini 4 - 117
    Goal - 110 a whole new me!
