Hi all.... Ok, I made it to day five!!! Yay!! I've don'e everything according to the book, and I've been losing a pound a day, so far.
This morning I was a pound "heavier".
Can anyone tell me why?? Would my cycle have anything to do with it?
Also... How many carbs are in raw shrimp? Say, 5to7 normal size?? I have three books on carbs, and all three say something different.
