Kraft Mayonnaise- allowed and how much?

I would like to know whether Kraft mayonnaise is allowed for Induction and how much can I eat? Is it true that I can eat liberally any type of full fat mayonnaise?

as long as it doesnt have added sugar in the ingredients yes...

I believe Dukes is one of the best, so if you can get that, do!

They all have a tiny bit of naturalish sugar in, i'm pretty sure kraft is okay, but remember its probably 0 carbs per teaspoon, if you're having more, it adds up in carbs!

I love blue plate mayo. Strictly sold in the south though and i moved up north so I bring back huge gallons of it in bulk everytime I go back or a family member goes they bring it up. Its wayyy better than Kraft. The only two I find up here is kraft and helmans (sp?) Helmans isnt bad but more pricey.

          Where can I find dukes?

Duke's Mayo elevates any dish. Shop online, browse recipes, or find Duke’s mayonnaise and sauces in a store near you!
