so i went off atkins a couple of months ago and i'm finally back. i kept finding excuses of why i couldn't start back "until monday" and i realized that will always have excuses. i'm really nervous but i know i need to do this. i've tried lo-cal diets and i think that they just don't work for everyone. i have joined the gym and i'm learning all sorts of new exercises to start my new WOL. any and all support and advice is appriciated!!here goes......
