  • i'm back

    so i went off atkins a couple of months ago and i'm finally back. i kept finding excuses of why i couldn't start back "until monday" and i realized that will always have excuses. i'm really nervous but i know i need to do this. i've tried lo-cal diets and i think that they just don't work for everyone. i have joined the gym and i'm learning all sorts of new exercises to start my new WOL. any and all support and advice is appriciated!!here goes......

    goal weight- 180
    4'10, female
    SECOND TIME AROUND!!!! I DESERVE TO DO THIS FOR MYSELF!!!!!!

      I'm starting on Monday also.....I put this off also. I did my shopping for the week, so I am ready. Tomorrow I will be looking for your post to tell me how well you are doing! Hang in there!

            I have been the Queen of Excuses and have put this off way too long. I started today - I know it's a long road ahead, but I am so tired of hiding from the cameras and wearing baggy clothes....Good luck to you. I guess we're all in this together!
