Congratulations on the 12 pound loss - please read the threads regarding staying on extended induction ((could actually stall your progress).

Way to Go Sikandar!!! I'm halfway through my 14-day induction, and I'm down 4 pounds so far. I would love to end my 2 weeks with a 12 pound loss. You must be thrilled!

      Congrats!

            Keep up the good work!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

                    Hello Nettypooh,

for the first two days i did as i love cookies especially when i drink coffee.

however i just ignored it and kept myself so busy at work tht it never occured to me. Also i did have my coffee (2 cups a day with 1 splenda each) whch sort of gave the sweet feeling after the 4th day when u started seeing some weight loss, i was quite motivated and it increased my will power...remember its the mind that controls the body!
