I was wondering if there will be any induction challenges soon? I need as much motivation and challenges to keep me on my toes.

Im down for any challenges. I have a week left in my 2 weeks but I think I will extend one more week so I still have 2 weeks left.

I guess we can make anything we are struggling to do as a challenge.

Well Okay,

I see that you have one more week on induction and willing to extend it .

Let's

exercise 45 min at least 4x a week---that way it's a REAL challenge
drink our water
Not weigh ourselves until the full two weeks of induction is over!
and try to check in under this thread every other day...to display our thoughts.

Is this a good challenge or what????
