    2 Week Induction Over - 17lbs Gone!

    Yes, I'm absolutely blown away!
    Am going to stay on induction for at least another week as it suits me very well.

    So, was 262, now 245. Next immediate goal is 238 then I'll prob move to the next stage.

    These turkey stir-frys I'm making are so nutritious, easy to make and delicious!

                                  Well nothing could be simpler.
                                  Turkey breast, broccolli, and whatever veg you want.
                                  Stir fry!
                                  I like to add LOTS of chilli and garlic.
                                  Absolutely gorgeous
