I am sitting here in shock realizing that I start OWL tomorrow. I learned a lot and out of the 14 days I only went over on sweetener by 1 serving three times. I stopped caffeine and now when I have a diet soda I have to water it down with mineral water since it is too sweet. I'm drinking water, and finally starting to feel like this WOL is almost normal for me. Last week I really wondered if I was ready for OWL but right now I know I am ready. I plan to stay on the low rungs for a long time and look forward to watching to real me appear. Thank you for your support and see you in OWL!

Re: On to OWL!
See you over at OWL!
I'm happy you've made the decision to move to OWL Phase---too many people make the mistake of staying on Induction for an extended period of time.
