Tuesday was my last day on induction. I only lost 7 lbs but I went down 2 sizes which is exciting. And finally today at work people are noticing, thats always good. I think I'll stay on induction for a couple more weeks before I move to the next stage.

I'd recommend moving onto OWL 1. I stayed on induction too long and my losses stalled. OWL 1 is the same as Induction just with 5 more net carbs of veggies. Also, congrats on your 7 pounds!

Congratulations SouthStarGazer! Two dress sizes - WOW!! WAY TO GO!! I would follow Blue996 advice and move on to owl - help you possibly not stall and more yummy food to bring back into your lifestyle.

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
