    Only Four Days Of Induction...:)

    Hello all! I am a Second Time Arounder but I just had to share that I stepped on the scale today and last Wednesday I was 247 and today I'm 243.5!! YAY! I mean in four days...that's just incredible!! Needless to say I'm very excited!!

    I can't believe this and I'm not even done my first week!

    Mini Goal 1: 230
    Mini Goal 2: 225 - hope to be here by May 25
    Mini Goal 3: 215
    Mini Goal 4: 199

    Final Goal: 170 - new wardrobe

    I'm so happy for you! I know exactly what you mean. I'm down 7 lbs in just 6 days and Im pretty over the moon. I'm a second timer too... we should buddy up!!

    Do you know how to get a ticker???

      I don't know how to get a ticker. Is there one just for lbs and not BMI?

        go to www.tickerfactory.com and follow the instructions for weight loss. its pretty easy.

            I didn't realize you are from Toronto. That is my favorite city. I'm originally from Upstate NY. I was working for a Watertown, NY Hotel as a Public Relations manager and traveled there and stayed in this great Ramada Inn. I was presenting at a golf show. I tell you what... people in that city can drive! Its the only place I've ever seen with those chevrons!
