This past week I gained 2 lbs on induction.
Here's what I think stalled me:
1. Not eating enough (busy work week)
2. Cream & Cheese in my quiche every morning (I made it Sunday night with 6 eggs, 1/4 cup cream, mushrooms, onions, cheese, spinach)
Although I'm not sure that #2 actually was my problem.
