Just a heads up. After three weeks of looking and searching I finally found a vanilla extract without sugar or corn syrup: Morton & Bassett Pure Vanilla Extract I'm going through all my spices and can't believe how much hidden stuff I am finding.

Great find BUT do make sure it doesnt contain alcohol either, as using alcohol in cooking is not 'legal' till you reach OWL rung 5.
I mention this because I havent yet found a vanilla extract made without alcohol over here in UK.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

The alcohol is only present if you don't cook it. But that said, has anyone found a non-alcohol vanilla extract, I don't think it's actually possible to make one? The actual beans are so expensive and the syrups all have splenda... so alas, no vanilla in my chocolate and whipped cream.Comment
