  • Flu or Cold Help

Ok I have been feeling a little off and my throat is itchy and scratchy which usually mean I can look forward to a couple days in bed with either a cold or flu.

Since im still on induction I am clueless as to what I can have during this time. I did just go out and buy a sugarfree Halls (w/Aspartame) I couldnt find one with Splenda.

Im afraid that my appetite is not going to be up. I hope it will be ok if I just stick with some chicked broth and maybe cook some veggies in it.

    Anyone have any suggestion?

Good idea - soups are simple to make by puree-ing cooked meat/veg and adding butter or cream, so can be kept induction-friendly as well as making sure you get your 3 cups of veg in!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
