Good luck
Even if the scales dont show that weight, remember that weight does fluctuate during the day as well as from day to day.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Re: wish me luck at the Doctors office!
well the doctor told me to go by my scales at home. He said the ones there seem to be not very accurate. I'll say. They told me I weighed more than my starting weight. In all fairness I was fully dressed and when I'm at home I weigh first thing in the morning butt naked. when i was at the doctors office it was at 2:45 in the afternoon.31/F/5'7"

Re: wish me luck at the Doctors office!
No worries, my doctors scale always weighed me more than my scale at home did too. The clothes and time of day don't help matters either. I've noticed that even my scale at home can fluctuate 5lbs or something in the course of a day....~Kathy~
