so Last week i lost 7 lbs !! YAY ..

I realize that i always: Loose a lot the first week, then i dont loose anymore, get discouraged, quit, and start over again...

i think this is because i cheat a little bit here and there ... 1 glass of wine, a couple Atkins bars through out the week, a few carrots in my pot roast, some low carb ice cream on the weekend .. i think in the end it all adds up to me NOT loosing

So i Decided that i am going to do a super clean induction starting today.... No convenience foods either .. just good wholesome Atkins meals and snacks ... No soda's either .. I need to turn these things back into an occasional treat not an everyday thing.

    Wish me luck !!

    Re: Clean Induction

Yeah the cleaner the better the results. After a while you won't even care about not having the other items. Just keep in mind your goal....if you stay focused on that , that should help.

I don't think about what I can't have. I focus on what I can and try to make a variety out of it, especially on induction.

          Re: Clean Induction

I think that is why many people talk of losing weight being more difficult the second or more time around.

Sometimes we misremember the rules or remember how we were able to carry on losing weight in the past even htough we were 'bending' the rules and think we will be able to do it again.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
