I'm sure it will work for you if you follow the programme as it's meant to be done. It does for the vast majority of people... and when it doesn't there are good reasons, or medical issues (rarely insurmountable).


At 8:00 am I cooked some chili. I took out hamburer meat, enought for 3 hamburgers, and broke it up in the skillet. I fried it with (Add to taste) some garlic salt, cumin, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, seasoning salt. I drained the fat off in a colander, and added the meat back to the pan. I then added a can of diced Delmonte tomatoes with 1 and 1/2 cans water. I cut up some onions, zuchinni, broccoli and mushrooms and threw them in. I simmered all of this for 45 minutes. I took out one measuring cup full and it was wonderful. It hit the spot.
I'm going to try to have what I like on hand when the
"hungries" hit.
