    Day 2, and LOVING it!

I could eat like this forever....im in heaven eating all this meat! So this is my the second day...im currently whipping up breakfast as we speak, and feeling great. I know it hasnt been that long...but I havent had any cravings at all. I even made my husband some home made french fries yesterday, and my friend was like, arent you even tempted to try just one?? And I'll tell you guys like I told her...Its not worth that ONE french fry.

I couldnt resist stepping on the scale this morning and yesterday morning I was 140, and today I am a few pounds below that but I have a analog scale so the "dashes" are to small for me to read...but it still made me feel good to have it a few notches down, water weight or not!!

Hang in there my fellow inductioneers!!

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
