As it isnt your first 'go' on induction you might not get the 'water weight loss' many newcomers to Atkins experience when they start induction, so do not get upset if you have slower losses than on previous attempts.
Keep posting when you need advice or encouragement and I am sure you will do well. The members of the Second Time Around forum have all been in your situation so maybe joining in their daily threads might help keep the impetus going.
